Return Policy

• Terms and conditions for exchange and return:

• Exchange or return is not possible according to the nature of the product or service provided.
• If you receive a product different from what you ordered, the product can be exchanged provided that the following condition is met:
• A. The product must be in good condition and in its original packaging.
• The product cannot be changed after the order has been completed and payment has been made.
• Therefore, the type and name of the product must be checked before completing the order. The store is not responsible for any mistake in selection.

• If the customer does not receive the shipment from the shipping company and it is returned to the store, if the customer wishes to cancel the order, the shipping fees and return fees will be deducted from the total order value.

If the customer wishes to have the order shipped again, they will bear the shipping fees for the second shipment.

• If a product is received with any manufacturing defect, the manufacturing defect must be reported and clear photos or a video showing the defect must be provided within one day of receiving the order.

Otherwise, the product will not be exchanged and its value will not be refunded.

• The customer bears any additional costs resulting from returning the order due to an error in the address or mobile number.

• The store is not responsible for any leakage or damage to the products, and the customer must claim compensation from the shipping company.
